day 453 (10/02/18)
THREE MORETHER FUCKING DAYS Y’ALL!!!
Usher talked to Jared like he promised Tina.
Usher: I just need to get it done, man. My agent is asking for a physical so I can get out there and start booking jobs.
Jared: We can do this TO. DAY. It won’t take but 20 minutes. I keep telling you. Follow me back to the hospital, but shower first, dude. I don’t need you funking up my exam room.
Usher: You’re the one that looks like you need to be sweating more, my dude. What happened to your strength training, man?
Jared scoffs: Psssh...
They both laugh.
He had nothing to worry about.
Seems like everything is magnified now that Usher’s gonna be a father. He finds himself worrying more.
Positive Review: Vovina #10300
Who: Vovina #10300
What: KS Item for art exchange
Why: Was very respectful, understanding, fair, and trustworthy
When: September 8th - December 19th
Explain: Vovina had made a thread offering a few KS items in exchange for art. I curiously approached them, being an artist and having been looking for such an opportunity. Once they accepted me in as an artist to work towards a Cranial Hornhelm, it was a very good experience. They were clear in what they wanted, and gave me a list of things I could choose to draw and we’d come to a consensus. The amount of work I chose was fair to not only me, but to them as well. I got the Hornhelm in my possession after the first piece of artwork. I worked on the rest over a few months, giving progress updates, and Vovina was very understanding and patient and always left a kind message with me. Should you ever make a similar deal with this user, you can absolutely trust them to deliver their end as well as treat your art as it’s own worth rather than an unrealistic worth in gems. :)
Tina looks at Usher, then back down to her plate: What you smiling about?
Usher: I love watching you eat. You love your food.
Tina: What you trying to say?! ....I’m fat?
Usher: No! Geez, woman..will you take a compliment? I think you’re glowing. I’ve never seen you look more radiant and beautiful, Tina, I swear. Can a man be in awe of his pregnant wife? And let’s not front, you’re a food critic. I mean you gotta love good food.
Alright...I’m gonna go change. I’m meeting with the boys at the gym before I start work tonight.
Tina: You excited?
Usher: I’m building stages, Tina..not much to be excited about. Wish I was on the stage..not building it.
Tina: Why don’t you talk to someone at the new agencies in town? SMS Entertainment isn’t the only place now. See if they can get you an audition. Your album did great a few months ago, and now you can expand your horizons. You’ve got the looks for more than just singing, babe...if you were interested in maybe doing movies...I’d give it a shot if I were you.
Usher: You know what..that’s a great idea, babe.

Positive Review: Vovina #10300
Who: Vovina ID #10300
What: Art Commissioner
Why: An Excellent Commissioner
When: November 2017
Explain: Vovina was a repeat customer, and they were just as lovely to work with as before, commissioning a full-body image of an existing character. They provided lots of reference material, responded quickly, and sent payment promptly. They are 100% trustworthy and a pleasure to communicate with!
(I think it’s important to have reviews for commissioners given how often I see other artists disappointed in being messed around by commissioners. If you’re an artist who’s worked with a great commissioner, please review them as I will use this blog to look for reviews of commissioners I haven’t worked with before. I’ve been bitten once by a rude and dishonest commissioner, so I am quite wary of anyone I haven’t worked with before)
