10kgs - 12 weeks
Hi guys,
I'm going to attempt to do 7-10 kgs in 12 weeks, starting today. I will log all of my weigh ins, once per week and I am going to choose Wednesday as the day I will weigh in. Everything is completely healthy, just clean eating and exercise everyday. In the days I work in the bar, I will not be exercising as its frantic enough.
