11 Below Brewing’s Lame Duck Pale Ale on tap at Ember at IAH. A 3 of 4. A perfectly fine American Pale Ale -- smells faintly of grapefruit and pine and has a nice medium body with just enough heft to it. Nice malt and slightly fruity sweetness up front, and a dry, clean finish.

11 Below Citra Time IPA on tap at Zephyr Lounge / Ember @ IAH. A 3 of 4. A pretty standard IPA with lots of bright orange citrus up front. A nice medium body with plenty of bitterness to it, and finishes clean. Doesn’t stand out, but good.
