So this is a shot from the OP, right, and we’re clearly viewing the front of Nana based on the uniform and her hand. 

So what the fuck is this line? It’s going outwards. Like an ass. But if it’s her ass, it’s going the wrong way. Her hand and uniform are wrong or her ass is wrong. Or maybe it’s just a tumorous growth of some sort. Fuckin weird.

She says this line about a dude who can go back in time and it made me laugh.

Anyway, Munou na Nana episode 2 was fine I guess. They’re not really going with the yandere route, fortunately, instead she’s just cold and calculating and out to kill the potentially dangerous. That’s fine with me. I wish she was like, a bit faster with it though. We’ll spend a lot of time in her thoughts but it’s way more time than we need because she just overexplains the current situation even though most things going on are super obvious. I think a show like Death Note gets away with being in the characters’ heads a lot because they’ll internally run through every situation possible, with serious energy in their voices and the excellent music elevating the tension even furhter. Nana’s just sorta quietly thinking to herself and every time it happens I get bored.

Also on the topic of speed, there are like 20 people in the class and she spends this entire episode just killing one of them. We’re confirmed for 13 episodes but I also think the manga’s still going and it’s got like 50 chapters or something. So I’m sorta wondering how complete this adaptation’s gonna be and how long we spend doing what. Presumably it’s not gonna be a monster of the week where she just gradually offs her classmates, the fuckin edgy silent boy from last episode is already sus of her, I just wonder how this anime adaptation will end. I think I am interested enough to keep watching, at least.
