Time to give a damn. For me.
I'm going to start dieting again and actually keeping track of it, physically, vs mentally. Though I lack access to a scale, so picture journal. I probably won't be able to weigh myself till august. My last known weight was 113. I'm short,(4'10") so 100 should be a healthy goal. Last taken measurements are 32" 28" 36". Here's to toning up, and dropping weight. I want to get rid of my cellulite and saggy butt. so squats it is. Core workouts for the belly, and lots of random arm things to firm and tone it.

Today was a pretty decent day, as far as food and everything goes. I woke up at 6:30 weight somewhere around 113 lbs. I had a breakfast of a smoothie filled with oats, omega-3s, fruit, soy protein, and then I had a handfull of nuts. Walnuts are pretty darn good.
My workout was a 15-minute drill with my Nike Training Club app, which is perfect until I can get my body used to doing 30 minutes again. My abs and legs felt great.
For lunch I wasn’t quite so healthy. Normally I would just get a salad, but they had some sort of vegetarian chicken tenders at lunch, so I got one of those and a “Sabbath roll” (a nice square of soft, carb goodness) and combined them with a dab of ketchup to make a chicken sandwich.
For Gymnix we had our picture day. I feel like I was the only idiot who sucked my tummy in so tight, my leotard wasn’t even touching my my abs because it was loose. It felt good to be able to do that.
My suppers are a little random. I had a serious case of the munchies, so Jameson (my boyfriend) brought me one of his Ramen from his dorm room and I ate that sweet crunchiness raw. I also had two squares of Dove dark chocolate, which was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth for the day. Then I got home, ate a couple of grapes, and an Omega-3 Uplift “Candy” bar. Outrageously delicious, with a bit of a weird texture, but definitely good all the same. I might go have some apple juice.
Now it’s 9:45, so hopefully I can make my 10pm deadline. Maybe not. But! this evening I weighed in at 115. Yaaaaay!
