I went shopping with my friends today
and they tried on a lot of shorts and dresses. Usually I just look for tees because shorts don't fit me or I look horribly fat in them. I found a cute pair of jeans shorts size 14 UK (or 10 US) and they were slightly big. I tried a smallest size (12 UK) and guess what? They fit me so perfectly!
