Carole & Tuesday episode 21 was pretty solid! On the titular pair’s end we’ve got a new song from them that’s pretty good, some cute Christmas interactions between the two and also Roddy, plus them getting to collab with Crystal for the Grammy’s, which is cool because Crystal’s a somewhat established character rather than another one-off nobody. Meanwhile Angela’s turned to drugs it seems since she’s learned her mum’s not her real mum, and ends up calling Tao for help, who’s been released from bail and intends to seriously fuck up that politician dude that got him arrested in the first place, which should be interesting given that Spencer and Kyle are also out there trying to do the same thing, and then there’s Valerie’s ratings to be considered and her deporting Ezekiel, who dropped a new song this episode that had much better lyrics than his other song so hey. Show’s shaping up for an exciting finale. Looking forward to it.

“Harry and I made a goal that everything we were going to do was going to be fun and whatever happened from there would happen. When we started working with Rob he added fuel to the fire of fun. Every step of the way we really have a good time, mostly it doesn’t feel like work. We kept everything really tight, which included a really tight group of writers and producers. Sometimes we want to try more things, but it was just a matter of time and giving Harry time. Once he found a group of people he trusted on the creative side, he knew he was going to get where he needed to go. That was a big lesson for me. The comfort and the talent was there, it was a matter of time.”
