I always feel like the problem.

If I have a legitimate reason to be upset and I express that in a way where I want to talk about it, I get ghosted and guilted into feeling like the villain.

If I’m overly excited about something and don’t choose my words carefully, I end up moving things too fast and scaring away someone I really care about.

If I open up and be honest about my mental health struggles, I get told it’s okay but then treated differently then if I would have just kept my mouth shut.

If I talk, it’s a problem. If I don’t, it’s a problem. Sometimes I think it would be better if nobody ever had the misfortune of meeting me.
