𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟖. The Belfast Telegraph carried an advertisement for Belart. They were cronies of Philip Solomon and supplied the horrible dresses that Lena wore when she was 10-11 years old.

𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟗. (or possibly the 13th). Lena and Dorothy Solomon went to see The King and I, at the London Palladium. As Lena is dressed up and photographers were present it was probably the opening night (12th).

Like most aspects of Lena's life there is more than one version, here she had either taken new tablets which gave her stomach pains or she had eaten something which disagreed with her.

𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟗. The Portsmouth Evening News reported Lena's fight against Anorexia and also mentioned that she was to marry in September.
𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟐. The Scotsman reported that the operation at least partially responsible for Lena's death was going to be allowed in Scotland without gaining the patient's consent. Lena was mentioned both in the article and in the editorial.
