My ass got fatter 😊😋
So.. I am four pounds closer to my goal! I now weigh 135 pounds. Drinking water for two weeks straight is actually paying off. I have been eating A LOT healthier than I have in awhile. I'm eating chicken every single day. No joke. And going to the gym three to four times a week. I can smell sweet victory already. But I'm not getting too cocky over here. I'm just pumped. Twenty more pounds and I am at my goal!
That tattoo is getting closer and closer.
After the race I relaxed a little - exercised a little less, didn't count all the calories I ate. And then I became obsessed.
I started cutting down the carbs very seriously and eating more protein. I wanted to look awesome by the company year end conference and party. I had about 1.5 months left.
Here's how I started at the beginning of November, at 137 lbs, month 10of my weight loss journey.
Renan Barao v. Brad Pickett
Gearing up for tonight.
I've lost 135 goddamn pounds.
How do I not feel better? Why do I feel so horrible about my body? Why am I so unhappy, and how do I fucking change it? I feel so selfish. And so stupid. And like it really makes sense why the people I used to be friends with fucking hated me, because no matter how much good I did, no matter how much weight I lost, I still seemed to be unhappy. I guess they were right. But I don't know what else to do. I hate being alone. This is really bad.
When I weigh-in on Thursday I expect to see 135 (:
tehe
GW4 :D
So I got $150 for my birthday. Im going to use it for 2 things. 1) to sign up for my next 1/2 marathon(assuming I survive this one). 2) to buy cute clothes with once i reach 135 pounds.
135 this morning!
That means I am only 5 pounds, 5 FREAKING POUNDS, away from my goal of reaching 130 for graduation on May 12th. I may be able to pass that up and be in the 120s!
