Breakfast/Lunch: 2 peanut butter sandwiches and a ton of water
Dinner: Salmon and asparagus
Snack: TBD
Hoping to eat some more fruit or veggies. Maybe a salad? An apple? Maybe some hummus and pretzels to top it off? We shall see.

Challenges: Getting in last night at 2am...I’m still exhausted!
Strategies: Drinking lots of water to keep me up
Just bought some B vitamins that will hopefully help with fatigue
Taking periodic breaks while doing homework
Workout: Ran 1.8 miles to girlfriend’s house. Took a girlfriend break and ran a mile home then walked the rest. I don’t want to hurt myself by going too hard too soon.
