We could be heroes, you and me.
First day in NZ
14.09.2016 - Finally! I am now in New Zealand :) The rest of my stay in Hong Kong went by a little faster, especially because I slept for an hour something after we had passed the security check. I must have looked very very weird and not like myself; the guy who checked my passport to identify me starred at the passphoto and then at me and then at the photo and back... he did this about seven times and I tried not to smile to look more like the picture of myself... During the flight I could sleep a lot more because of a very comfy seat by the window. When arriving at Auckland airport everyone was freaking out because of NZs pretty strict laws about what you are allowed to bring into the country and some were afraid that some sniffing dogs might detect a little bit of dirt or anything else natural inside of their backpacks... at the end everything came out fine: amazingly nice kiwi officers, some x-raying and no dogs. Nobody got any problems with anything they brought with them. They didn't even ask about the tons of preciption medizine I carry with me. Outside the airport there was a lady from AIFS waiting who brought us to a bus with a super cool driver that drove us to our hostel which is called 'Nomads'. Now I am sharing a room with two other girls and three boys of whom I know four. The hostel seems nice, even if there is really limited internet acces. The five of us walked a bit through Auckland to find something to eat and I must say that it is a really beautiful city. Of course there are a lot of skyscrapers but in contrast to them there's also lots of green and some parks. Sadly food is soooo expensive so we couldn't eat a big fancy meal as we originally intended. Right now the jetleg is hitting in again and I will just surrender to it and go to bed at eight or something.. we have to get up early anyways. Cheers!
To Elicia,
Happy birthday El, you're one of my best internet friends❤️. Thank you for being my best follower and for always understanding what the flip i'm talking about. We love the same bands and we both just want the best for them, we support them through everything and we respect their decisions. For that, i think you and i are truly amazing lol. Anyway, i hope you enjoy your day. Have a good one.. P.S. Don't ever leave me. I would feel so lost if one day you just disappeared. i know that day has to come. The day when we both grow up and we have to leave this behind. But when we look back, i'm sure it will only bring back good memories we've had. It's the matter of time and let's see, between you and me, who's gonna be the first to say goodbye. i love you Xx....
