Another PB In the bad 💪🏻💪🏻 140kgs rack pull! yes my grip went and yes I had to re a just, but it was worth it. In total there was a good 6 reps. Pulling right back for the full contraction in the lower back. This is way more than double my current bodyweight so I'll settle for that. 😁👌🏻onwards and upwards.
