Tried to deadlift again after what seams like forever (year ago atleast) and impressed. Got 5 reps before this, 50kgs warm up, 60kgs first set then this. 90kgs for 3, I'm only 20kgsofd my PB again now, hopefully in time I'll be able to get it again. This was belt less and strapless so pretty sure with the support I'd get atleast 100kgs again soon. Working hard for what I want and chasing it with everything I have and some.
