man i hope by the next time MM has an audition they pick some damn audition winners and cool it with the KSS. the fun part of MM was watching audition footage (even if it comes AFTERWARD now) and seeing how a normal everyday girl would become an idol. and miss me with that ~oh audition girls aren't good enough for H!P now~ bull. ozeki, chii and kamiko are great examples of audition winners. if you want to go even further back, maa-chan? ayumin? riho?
I don't get why people are complaining about the /possibility/ of 14th gen next year (or even this year). before 2007 auditions were every 1-2 years. having over half the members in the group for 5+ years is unusual and having the same sound for 5 years (OTT to BNW/JJ) is even more unusual so even if a bunch of kids joined next year and one of them became center you shouldn't be shocked. this is the group your oshi signed up for.
I hate when people cite Uta as a reference for why H!P doesn't pick audition winners and go with KSS now. Yes...ONE audition winner quitting over the course of 17 years scared the shit out of UFA. Nah. That's not the case. UFA is just piss poor at planning their auditions. Both 13th gen auditions were literally announced during or the same time as auditions for SKE48, HKT48, Nogizaka46 and AKB48. Just because they bullshit you guys by saying ~the quality wasn't good enough~ doesn't mean you have to take the bait lol. I hope they plan 14th gen auditions better.
