a small child was watching a group of garbage collectors do their job and kept talking to their mom about them animatedly. at first it seemed like the garbage colletors didn't notice the child at all but once they'd gotten back into their truck and started it up they started to wave at the child excitedly.

guess who’s back with another post about recovery being hard

i almost relapsed. and im feeling really pathetic. and im letting my friends down because i feel like a piece of shit and eating in front of others still makes me anxious at times. or after eating i feel more self-concious. apparently it’s normal, but every time i think those thoughts again i feel like ive failed.

also, ive been studying abroad from september and now ive been home for a week and it’s so much harder here. my family doesnt seem to understand me having to plan my meals and im only realising now how much of my bad habits actually stem from wanting to please them. ive been told so many times, but i never wanted to believe that about my family.
