This side-profile is one part of a Triple Portrait of Henrietta Maria, queen consort of England, Scotland, and Ireland as the wife of Charles I. The triple portrait contained (obviously) full-view and two side profiles to be sent to Bernini in order to commission a bust of her. While the portrait was sent, the bust was never actually made.
