Got to do my first ever open workout today after a 2.5 hr lacrosse practice and it was so much fun! Showed me right where my weakness is (I got to the hspu with 3 minutes left and couldn't get a single one.) That's what happens when you have christmas hams for legs and pixie sticks for arms I guess!
