Woolrich Inc,
Woolrich is the oldest manufacturer of outdoor wear. Founded in 1830 and specializing in specialty fabrics and clothing for hunters, trappers and outdoors-men. They would go on to supply clothing to both the Civil War and Richard E Byrd’s expedition to Antarctica. A true American standard.
Unfortunately after 188 years in business, they were forced to close their last manufacturing plant in Woolrich, Pennsylvania, 2018.
