Day 2043 - 2045 (3 years, 237 - 239 days)

Gosh, this season is already gorgeous! The Golden Wastelands in its prime! There is so much live here! Finally getting a look at how it used to be! Society!

The season area is split into two. The residental tents and a marketplace. Both of them have so many people that go along their own days. Proper interactions and all.

There is also a building that is cut off for you. Apparently the sick get entrance, though. Already get bad vibes from that.

So, as far I can tell this season takes place before The Two Embers. The Tender Toymaker is still there. I have the feeling over the season that won't be the case.

First quest is simple. You help Toymaker to set up shop in the market. They are sick as well so carrying all the heavy things is hard for them.

But they do have some cozy thibgs to sell and I like that you get to run the shop.

Actual money! That's a proper coin! Not a candle or heart! This season truly is gonna be dark.

With the money you buy some tea and bring it back. Just as a couple manatees drift by. One of them steals a toy so a silly chase ensues.

Ah, the start of a new friendship. You can even visit that specific manatee at the stalls.

The spirits are rathered scattered. Like they used to, really. I imagine all of them are gonna have a bigger impact on the story. Important NPCs.

Looking at the wiki it seems there are five seasonal spirits. But one hasn't shown up yet. Huh.

Stealth is my specialty.

Also yes, I've seen part 1 of The Two Embers. It's phenomenal so far! Love films that don't have voices and just use expressions.

I know the devs said that screenshots and small snippets are fine but I would rather not risk it.

Also the short is so beautiful. Wouldn't wanna spoil it.

The new update also added a couple new event items. New outfit especially! ^^

So far, looking really forward to the story. I always wanted to know how the kingdom looked back then and how the people lived. There is a lot of material already. But all of that is outside the game so I don't count that.

Day 598 & 599 (1 year, 234 & 235 days)

Heya! How are we doing today? Hopefully marvelous!

New thursday, new traveling spirit! This time we have...

...ah right, didn't unlock them yet.

Anyway quickly done that. What a strange personality but so are all the Little Prince spirits.

So, the Gloating Narcissist! The fourth spirit from the Season of the Little Prince. Strange to think that we almost went though them all soon. I know the season is two years old but it still seems so recent. They come with a music sheet, hairstyle and outfit. Costing in total 139 candles, around average for a spirit. Also I now have 194 winged light. Slowly getting there. ^^

So the cosmetics. The hairstyle are wavy locks. I genuinely like them. They look like something someone who thinks too much of themselves would wear. X]

But seriously I have a soft spot for the long hairstyles. Shame that most of them clip into capes, oh well.

The outfit is a blue jumpsuit. While I do like the sleek design, I do prefer the comfy clothes. But I bet a lot of players will start to wear this now. Mostly Ikemen. X]

So I think this spirit is nice. Nice cosmetics and the emote is fun. I will see you next time, probably for the next season quest. ^^

Day 233 of shattering Sky.

Heya, please tell me you drank water. We have a heat warning going around and I just wanna melt into a puddle. I am fiiiiire but please not literally. TT

Urgh at least the quest got fixed today. Actually they rolled out a whole new update. I didn't notice any differences in the game though. Probably just a hotfix and added all the assets for the next event.

So uuuh yeah next quest is basically the same as the last one. Just burn another shard. I think the devs got slightly lazy with that quest but you can never expect too much new gameplay from a season. That there is a new scheduled shard event in the first place, that I have to plan in my route now, is already more than enough change for me.

The new memory looks nice though. Showing the other side of the coin with all the crabs and dark plants. The fact that the plants are flying makes me think they are more like seeds, trying to spread around. I'm still not sure how the crabs play into the picture. Maybe because they are displayed together with the seeds, it could imply they are in a young stage too. I always headcanoned that the crabs are jouvenile krills anyway so not the biggest revelation. Still all just speculation.

Oha? I spy with my little eye something shimmering. Don't mind if I do. That means a total of 155 possible wings now. And the best part is that this thursday is a TS. Slowly climbing to that 200. ^^

So the next quest is unlocked in... 16 days!? Normally it's in one or two weeks but this feels like an eternity in comparison! Sigh oh well. I guess they have a reason for such an odd number.

But that has been the quest update...on a tuesday. Feels weird. Hmm well I hope you have a grand day and please for the love of the elders, drink water!
