to be human

The essence of what makes us human is the sum of the connections we made during our lifetime.

All the love, all the longing as well. Failing at being able to be present for these events is no failure to be human, though, it might be the most human thing we are capable of doing.

Creating a space beyond reality and time where we can feel sheltered, indifferent to the life passing by. Abstracting our own reality to the point we are no longer part of it.

When I created that space, it first was only an escape. But now it is more than that. It is the great equilibrium. A place to look for answers beyond its realm, for problems of its on creation.

My detriment, my only hope.
