One day, us kids (meaning my brother and sisters) are listening to music on the radio when Zapp's More Bounce To The Ounce comes on. Our mom walks in the room and says, "Hmph, they took a Pepsi commercial and made a song out of it," and walks out.  

We didn't know what she was talking about then and it was years later when I found out.  I am pretty sure that Roger Troutman thought, way back in the day, that the Pepsi slogan would make for a cool song title.  

He was right.
