You decide not to move an inch, and it seems to work. In your head you are counting : one two three four ... and then finally one hundred and twenty.
You try to move your arm, only your fingers respond.
Immediatly, you hear a synthetic voice: ''Doctor, I detected a movement in the cocoon, the patient seems to be awake.''
You hear steps on your right, the doctor must be watching over your cocoon.
''Don't worry, the pain will go away as soon as all the effects of the cryopreservation will be over.''
Another wave of heat surprises you and this time you success to scream.
After a few more minutes of suffering, the top of box slides and opens.
Pain is gone, it's a relief, but you still can't talk, move, or see anything. The synthetic voice anounces that the decryogenisation is complete and that your condition is perfectly fine. But your body seems to be stoned. You are not even breathing by yourself, a mask helps your lungs to do so, and you start to panic, the beeps doing the same.
''No no no no no, don't be affraid, the decryogen process is over, now, I will only make you an injection to make you sleep until everything gets back to normal!''
You feel a sting in your arm, and you go back to darkness.
The difference is that you dream.
You are in a room without door, and you can't move an inch, while a fire is starting. It devours the walls, the air, the light, you suffocate and you burn in the obscurity, but you can not wake up, so you fall and you fall in the dark.
At some point a light reaches you, you realize it is a star, and you are falling in.
