#2 week minecraft phase

just got the strongest urge in my life to go mine an entire desert in minecraft. it has begun.

yes the 2 week minecraft phase is soul consuming. but the modded 2 week minecraft phase consumes my entire being. I spend hours researching mods. making sure they all work together. playing the game. then adding a new mod I found on youtube late at night.

it is 1 am and I need to prepare for the twilight forest bosses.

🌲 Minecraft Forever World #4: The Hole™️

13 January 26

Okay so. I was working on the hole/temple, when I decided to light up the walls using copper bulb. I needed more blaze rods to do so, so I went to the nether to farm some. After a death (2 wither skeletons and 3 blazes were a bit of a lot considering half my armor broke in the fight), I made new armor and went back. After getting the blaze rods, i decided "why not go look for 1 or 2 dried ghasts?". Terrible mistake. I got so sad seeing them i decided I needed to get (read "save") as many as possible. After getting 5 and not finding anymore soul sand valley near me, I tried to find my way back home— since the detour wasn't planned, i'd left my compass at my portal. Instead of home, i found a BASTION!! I went in and managed to loot 2 chests and survive 2 groups of piglins before I perished. For my first ever time visiting one myself, not too shaby! I also got my first ever ancient debris in vanilla survival in one of those chests!! Lots of firsts ^w^

Continued digging out the temple, went to do some other mining for diamonds to make a new pick and found a trial chamber! I got a mending book and rolled silk touch on a pick, decided to apply it to it!

14 January 26

Went caving to take a break from digging and found a trial chamber! Looted it, did some fighting and started a path to my starter area.

15 January 26

Finished digging the path from my starter area to the trial chamber i found yesterday and started decorating it. With the deepslate I got from that, I'll make some progress on the decoration of the path leading to the amethyst geode.

16 January 26

The temple hole started on level y86, and I just got to y0! I made this temple's Stone Hall at this level, where I've migrated all the overflow of stones I got from digging this.

I found a mineshaft right next to it as well!! Will have to make an entrance to it in a more appropriate place.

Gotta admit, putting some water at the bottom and jumping in gave me vertigo, it was fun af X)

17 & 18 January 26

Continued to dig the temple. Got to y-59 and reached bedrock! That means decorating it is next!

A trader lama spawned while i was digging the last few layers, so I decided to keep them there and named them Obsidian!

Started by making a jump landing to get in and a bubble elevator to go back outside

Then I did the same for the Hall of Stone.

20 January 26

Used a Bad omen potion to get some bigger trial keys and looted the two bigger vaults. No mace, but the flow banner pattern, some ores and an enchanted golden apple!
