I'm having a really bad anxiety attack I'm deathly afraid of viruses and hacking and I just turned on my laptop and I hear some kind of yell come from it idk I it was actually a buzz or something I couldn't tell but I slammed it shut and held the power button but it's not shutting off (I can hear the humming of the air thing) and I'm crying I don't know what to do I'm so scared that someone hacked my laptop or my camera or something stupid and now my laptop won't shut off and the battery isn't easily accessible so I can't just pull it off what do I do what do I do I'm home alone so I can't ask my parents for help I'm so scared
