Shakings continue. The concentration continues to grow deeper with each session since the convocation came to an end. The surrender to the concentrated mind is coming on now.
This was a good session. It feels like a session that will help me connect ever more deeply to another level of meditation, some time in the future. A ‘missing link in the chain’ kind of session. The importance of such sessions is underrated.
Yesterday for the first time ever in my life of 45 years did I feel something that which I have never felt before. The human mind can be small. All along I had maintained this idea that individual human minds are always much more spacious than the individual’s home. True. Yesterday, I felt that even the mind (just like an individual’s home) is small. If one doesn’t work on expanding one’s consciousness, youthful ideas can become old furniture in one’s mind giving the impression that the mind never grew.
I have been trying to ‘meditate all the time’ like the way Gurudev suggested. To be precise, I have been practising the Hong Sau during my waking, working hours. No it isn’t an unbroken practice. But I am determined to make it so. Unbrokenly meditating.
