Felt so good this afternoon after clocking off work, just climbing and doing my hair and having sushi and locking in to my video game. Incredible how much it makes me feel good. So happy to be able to get into bed now as well. I feel like I've worked out how to receive joy at least in these moments. I worked so hard after work when dropping my books off at the library to notice what was around me and the breeze and being nice to those old people who had questions.

I am grateful for: possible new climbing buddy! Being able to eat messy chicken wings then floss immediately after! My dogs soft tummy and little legs! A nice email about my work performance today!
