When: 1:24 p.m., Jan. 10, 2011

How long: About 2 hours, 30 minutes

What it was: An envelope that aroused suspicion

Suspicious envelope reported at 2720 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE at the offices of D.C. Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency. D.C. Fire and EMS Special Operations and hazardous materials teams assisting. 

@DCFireEMS reported a partial evacuation of the building, but noted there were no injuries or sickness at the scene.
