Day 14 (Friday) of LET’S CHANGE ALL THE THINGS I woke up early (gasp!) and saw some sweet teenaged geese and their parental units in our yard!! Then I went in to school to place some of the BEAUTIFUL Senior Issues of The Roar around the building and at the entrances to the Tiger Den for WCHS Graduation this evening! Then I stayed and watched these sweet humans rehearse their ceremony! They looked so good and so grown up! (Bonus pic of me walking at my 2008 WCHS graduation!) - Then I ran some errands and while I was at Lowe’s, my sister texted me with details for a small project for her Kid’s Ministry at People Church Chicago! So I snagged the materials for that and finished the main build today. All that is left is to paint! Junie B was my faithful assistant and we had a VERY sweet toad visitor!! - While I was out running around and doing things not-Landing related, Josh and Carl worked on some electrical doohickeys and did some drywall finishing in the bathroom! We all miss Mama Dove and her sweet energy but are so glad she is able to relax and rest and be in her own bed before she starts her new job on Monday! Things are winding down here at the Landing and we’re tired and OH SO grateful ❤️❤️❤️ #wchs #theroar #highschoolnewspaper #2019grads #2008grad #wcs180daysofgraditude #peoplechurch #kidsministry #diy #homereno #bestinlawsever #electricalworkscaresme #newlightswitches #correctedlightswitches #embracethemess #alifeatthelanding https://www.instagram.com/p/BybpB-nDG7Z/?igshid=z71creuv61z2
