wow in these times of trouble i’m turning to comfort food, who could have guessed? i wpuld use persian cucumbers next time for the salad - these large pickling cucumbers have very thick skin

diy bread toast + egg salad (mayo, black pepper, lemon juice, mrs dash’s table seasoning) + butter&jam

i thought my bread sucked but it was just try so i patted some water on and toasted it again and now it’s LOVELY. above, what happens when you cannot decide what kind of bread you want for breakfast.
