I'm not gonna lie to you, I'm not gonna tell you that this year would be better or something. This year will be crappy but Happy too. This year will be dark and bright. This year will be yours but still not yours. None of your days are gonna be all happy and Bright. There gonna be small tiny moments of happiness and I suggest you to embrace them even though you are gonna feel like crap next moment.
