It was my first time at Manila Ocean Park. A check on my bucketlist for 2017. I have never imagined that it would be that diverse. Okay, call me ignorant, but the whole place was so diverse with species! The beauty of fauna. I started with the fishes, of course. There, I saw different kinds of fishes for the first time. The seahorse. the manta ray, some of those big fishes. I started imagining how diverse could it get if I would be able to go to the deepest parts of the ocean. It gave me quick chills and butterflies for imagining the unknown. Then, my next stop was the jellyfish place. It really looked like they were dancing. Plus the color effects of their aquarium plus the mirrors in the room really contributed to that effect. And then, I went to the Creepy Crawlies room. There were snakes and lizards of different kinds that I started imagining again the possibility of having a real dragon hidden somewhere in this world. Or maybe, they were found already but only kept as a secret from the public. Oooh. Then, there were the cockroaches. Lots of them. Different kinds. Some were even so big it gave me goosebumps being a real scaredy-cat from these insects. I wonder, what if suddenly, their glass cages were broken down and then they started crawling into me. Oh no. That's can't be. I closed the visit with a sea lion tour. I was amazed by their relationship with their trainers and how those trainers were able to teach them tricks just from hand gestures and whistle sounds. Plus, the sea lions are cute! - Manila Ocean Park
