I’ve got a story to share. SO about a month ago the band of my engagement ring broke (second photo). The band was really thin and it had just been worn down. I left the ring on my finger anyway so I would remember to go get it fixed. While I was bringing groceries in one day and the ring, where it had broken got caught on one of the bags and it started pinching me really bad. My reaction was to pull my hand away really quickly, subsequently that caused the ring to go flying off. After a while scouring the driveway it was nowhere to be found. Counting it a lost cause I just wore the two bands that I use as my wedding bands. I was really upset, but there wasn’t really anything I could do about it. While in America Nathan and I decided to go look at some pawnshops for a new ring. In the second pawnshop we went into I saw this ring (first photo). I really liked it but I didn’t think it would fit, I have very big knuckles. As I suspected the ring did not go past the top of my knuckle. I decided that we should look in a few more pawn shops and antique stores before I made my decision. However, eventually we went back to the original pawn shop and bought the ring I had seen before deciding we could get it sized up. Nathan went in the store and bought the ring, because I insisted that he had to buy it and I had to act surprised. Then we took it to a Fast-Fix Jewelry place in the mall to have the ring sized up. Once we get into the store the lady sizes the ring, makes sure the jewels are secure, then she asked me to try it on to see how it fit. Like magic the ring slid straight onto my finger! Nathan my mom and I who had all seen the ring clearly not fit me twice before were in shock! The jeweler seemed really confused because the ring clearly fit... we all mouths a jawed looked at one another in amazement.
