Ocean Vuong - Night Sky with Exit Wounds
I don’t read poetry often, because most of it doesn’t speak to me, I often feel like I don’t know enough to understand exactly what’s going on, or how to properly appreciate it. But every now and then something gets so much praise from people whose writing and/or taste I admire, that I give it a try. This was one of those cases, but once again, I failed to “get it” and am left wishing that I appreciated this.
This is going to take some thought
