2020 Favourites 2020-12-31 by ajhaysom Well 2020 was some year, hey. For me, it was a year where I realised how lucky I am, and a year where I realised that there are so many people much worse of than I am. A year where you realise our ruling classes really need to better to make our society more equal and fair. It was also a year where you realise how much your family and friends mean to you, how keenly the loss of someone special will be felt. How worried you can be for a virtual friend who is struggling on the other side of the world. How much love you can feel for people you haven't actually met in real life or who you see very rarely. A year, where you realise the importance of this Flickr community as well. So many of you out there who inspire me with your work, and support me so generously in mine. A year where I have enjoyed the friendship of so many long-term Flickr friends, but also enjoyed the friendship of lots of wonderful new contacts too. Thank you to you all.
