Ah, what a year it's been!
I certainly never intended it to take this long to announce the winners, but here we are. It's been an adventure already, and hopefully the second half of the year is much calmer. My fingers are crossed for it, anyway.
As it so happens, there will be no poll this year!
Neon pulled her entry out of consideration, which leaves us with three entrants and three prizes! I had an excellent time reading and reviewing them all, and so...

Their artwork perfectly captures Sam and Dean throwing a little celebration after the hunt! Just a casual moment between the brothers, caught for all of us to enjoy!
@bellalocawherehaveyoubeen and Misha_McCarthy will be getting the second place prizes. There are no words for how haunting the story On the Shorter Side comes across, with Dean trying to find his place in a giant world. And of course the artwork of Bowman shows his attitude about getting caught perfectly, not to mention how beautiful Mallory came out in the second picture!
