Weird sock with tiny granny squares in!
My family has a history of firstborns being due on a parent's birthday, then arriving slightly early. So now there are too many birthdays all happening at once.
Luckily for gifting, we all wear glasses.
Bear glasses holder from this pattern, glasses case made up from scratch. Each one took about an evening's work, and everything is made entirely from stash materials, which is very pleasing to me.
Also! The case is the first full project I've sewn on my 1925 hand-crank Singer, which a friend serviced for me recently and now runs so nicely. I need to name her.

Currently with the typo still in because I couldn't be bothered fixing it, I think it makes me smile more than anything else? So it will probably stay. And it fits very much with the kind of nerd I am, so it will probably get mounted and displayed at some point :)
