As we practice self-love and care for healing, we rebuild our relationships with ourselves, each other, the land, the ancestors, and the very foods that we put into our bodies. Training mind, body, and spirit is part of our warrior practice and community. Squats are an integral part of training to activate the body, build muscle, and develop the strength to drop at a moment's notice. As I always say, squats are a Warrior's best friend!
