Two completely stereotypical girls clad in athleisure witnessed our dead student’s death, and Torres wanted to get in on Knight’s all-girl getaway. The return of Thom E. Gemcity made me incredibly incredibly excited, and Knight learning about him for the first time was great. Agent Sorres didn’t sound like someone I’d want to be associated with, and McGee being a sneakerhead was interesting. Cue surveillance footage that revealed Delilah’s involvement in the case, and everyone jumping to Delilah’s defense re wheelchair inaccessibility was great. Delilah’s TA was very excitable, Jimmy having taken MDMA in a clinical trial was amusing, and Knight and Torres being mistaken for a college student’s parents was painful. The implications of the victim’s code were scary, and Kasie did a great job explaining it dramatically. Opening the act with Vance speaking indignantly was great, and Delilah’s possible involvement went from ‘no way’ to ‘oh crap’, and Knight and Kasie overhearing McGee and Delilah’s conversation was both awkward and amusing. I didn’t know there was a national board for fraternities, and the college kid being FBI was something I definitely didn’t see coming, and I hope I look that young when I’m thirty-seven. Kasie’s the queen of awkward excuses, McGee and Delilah making up was sweet, and the mention of how Gibbs’ leaving’s affected McGee was bittersweet. Unsurprisingly, the red-headed red flag landed in Interrogation, and came up with a plausible-sounding excuse for communicating with the dead guy (and an alibi). Knight showed off some pretty impressive frisbee skills, and using spyware to change grades was funny, and the McLilah ending was perfection.
