What do you do when you have a few hours to kill on an airplane? This time around, I ordered a chicken wrap and a couple of Bourbons and turned the packaging into a palette and the bourbon bottles into a brush cleaning station. I think the flight attendants may have been a little nervous, but I am a surgeon. Turbulence was hectic, still not a drop of paint found its way to my seat.
