// Yapping about Tornadoes

I’ve been getting into tornadoes again lately. They’re interesting, something so fast and large can be an EF1 because the Enhanced Fujita Scale is based on damage, not wind speeds. There’s even an EFU, which is “unknown” for when there isn’t enough damage evidence to categorise a tornado. I don’t live in an area where tornadoes are common, but it’s an interesting topic to learn about. Being aware is better than being left behind, right?

I just wish the community on a specific app actually learnt about their own topic, I can’t keep seeing 10 year olds claim that the 2013 El Reno tornado was an EF5 or EF6. It went over mostly farmlands, of course it wouldn’t be ranked high. People did pass away, rest in peace TWISTEX & any others that I might not know about, but I just think that learning how something really works is an important part of enjoying it. I don’t think we should be LARPing in a topic that’s actually relevant.

The whole thing about hantavirus being the next covid is making me fear for my future again… I already struggled so hard in online classes, I don’t want to go through all that again wahsushshshs,,,,

My old fixations are resurfacing, I’m getting back into writing, my friend group has found a game aside from roblox, it’s all repeating… I don’t want to go through all that again sob— if I stop thinking about it, it won’t get me, right,,,?

I’m opening art commissions one of these days, I need the money… Well, not exactly need, I just want to stop taking my parents’ change after purchases. I’m still figuring out how to fairly price my work, but once I get the post out, I’ll finally be able to buy whatever I can without having to awkwardly stare at my parents until they figure out what I want. I’m trying to be independent here.

I got my prescription eyedrops, why are they over 700 in my currency…? Medication isn’t cheap, sure. But I have to get 10 of these bottles because I’m using these until around the end of the year. I have to spend over 7k just for some “discomfort relief”? I’m fine without them, thank you very much.

Honestly, it’s been getting harder to draw for me. On top of unmanaged physical conditions that make it hard to hold things without trembling, I’ve been losing ideas that used to come easily. I’ll probably think of something if I’m bored enough, but for a while, I don’t think I can post anything half decent…

I’ve been translating songs again, I might ask a friend to help me cover them. I’m not good at either Filipino or Japanese, so the lyrics flow terribly. But who cares? You learn best by doing, right?
