So thankful and happy to be able to workout again! Baby B and myself got in 4 Workouts this week. 💪🏽😃My workouts have definitely changed since the last time I was in the gym... 16 weeks of no workouts definitely caused some muscle loss and Pregnancy definitely has caused some fat gain! 😉🤰🏼👶🏽 Workouts this week included 30-45 minutes of walking or and elliptical and 30-45 of strength training. Keeping my body strong and healthy for our babygirl is my number one priority and so thankful I am slowly able to start being active again! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Baby B is growing and I love seeing my bump starting to show!! 😍😍 She is starting to move around like crazy💖👶🏽💖 It is the most magical feeling and I can’t wait until her daddy can start feeling her kicking and moving around!
