Hard work day handled well! No headache or bathroom problems even with unplanned huge traffic jam. I will be glad to get out tomorrow for a fun day of things I like. Feeling weird re partner attachment right now so took some space this evening. Just felt annoyed by small things not sure how reasonable it all was because I have had a hellish time.
