HAPPY TWO'S DAY YOU GUYS!!!
The male brings in voles he has caught for the female, and mating takes place occasionally. But the kestrels still spend far more time on the opposite rooftops, from where they guard the nest. Other kestrels are also interested for the nest as well. Apart from this pair, a strange male, apparently very young, has appeared several times on the nest and a small female is trying to get in. I was cute af at work today.
so I made sure to get flicked up before I left.
it was also hella warm and pretty out today, so I took my pookert, Sheba, out to Zilker park.
