#22for22Challenge 22 push-ups for 22 days to raise awareness for veteran suicide and PTSD. I was nominated by @charles_n_charge_ and I nominate @catlank23. I was recently certified to teach Mindful Resilience Yoga through @veteransyogaproject and learned a whole lot about PTSD. I'll try to share a little tidbit every day of this challenge. You are not alone. Did you read that? YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Talking to someone, a friend, a loved one, a therapist, is the healthiest way to start healing. I know how it can also be the most difficult step. With support, love, empathy, compassion, a safe environment, and mindfulness, healing can take place in ourselves, our relationships and spread to all other aspects of life. One step at a time, one breath at a time.
