Yeah this season went hard all around. That core appeal of the series I fell so in love with wherein they'd spend so much time on the raw sense of progression and multipurposeness with everything they build is definitely gone by now, but the story beats are hitting really hard and there was never an episode that didn't leave me on the edge of my seat by the end.
Excited to see how it's all gonna conclude too.

Also in Sonic Dash complaining stage, they've still not added regular Classic Sonic cards to the card spawn pools yet, so if, like me, you had a fully upgraded Classic Sonic before the card system was integrated, and then got surprised to see they buffed him in said update but you need cards that don't exist to get that upgrade, then boy do I have news for you! It's 160 cards total to upgrade the two stats that were buffed a singular stage each and the actual in-game store only sells Classic Sonic cards in units of 150. At £8 a pop as well. Good fucking shit!
I've slowly amassed google play credit with no actual usage for it imaginable to me so today I went on Sonic Dash and noticed the christmas discounts on the card shop and for the sake of sheer experimentation decided to buy Surge cards to see how much money it'd cost to max her from functionally base stats and it cost me £9 during these discounts, so £36 if they were normal price. Cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool shit game.
I am working on christmas eve and like thankfully it's literally just the opening shift so I'll leave before even needing to see any customers but also still like, damn
Last 2 episodes in one go, honestly there's a nonzero chance I knock this down to a 6 because it was often pretty sleepy, but decent enough to where like, yeah. I'll watch season 2 also.
