that when a door closes, a window opens and it's really true. don't focus on the closed door but look for the window.
Grateful for: someone who put themselves out to be vulnerable and made a connection today; climbing new things; identifying new challenges; connecting in a small way over photos; having pizza with friends; easy moments of laughter.
Nothing lasts forever. You need to enjoy as much as you can. The whole point of hard work is to see and savour the fruits of your labour. There is no moral weight (or detriment) to suffering in and of itself. Finding joy in even the small things is worth it all.
