There is no note about this session. The time that I have logged on Insight Timer seems like an ‘added session’. What that most likely means is that on this night I took up a guided meditation session from the YSS-SRF online convocation 2020.
Trying to have some kinda plan for today, yet go with the flow too.. sorta...
I dunno. But I have things that I gotta do and those I will do.
So far drank one can of Coke Zero, one can of Dr Pepper, one small regular Coke (in a glass bottle) and opened up a bigger bottle of Dr Pepper.
