No conditioning because illness.
Today was good all around. My form only faltered on my last rep of the power snatches, so the weight was adequate. I could've gone heavier on the cleans and jerks. I pushed it on the OHS because I'm trying to build confidence for my snatch.
The only annoying part about today was this asshat dudebro (who is a trainer there!) who kept trying to start a conversation with me about which of the women at the gym he wanted to "fuck sideways" and how his friend is "so deep in the friendzone there's not chance of escaping". Like, he tried to chat with me while I was setting up to snatch. What a dingus! I did not need his casual misogyny this morning.
