This meditation session is the only session on this date. I shook with spinal energies through all of those 52 minutes. Shaking pattern changed as I advanced in concentration through the session.

Initially the shakes were arrhythmic. Later the shakes became distinctly rhythmic. I guess rhythm is required to help with concentration. It’s almost as if the free, uncontrolled flow of life energies is somehow attaching itself to the attention.

With the attention on meditation, the flow of energies seems to find a rhythm. That’s good because I am unable to make any effort to control life energies. And pranayama is about control of life energy. I have absolutely no clue how one arrives at controlling lightning ⚡️.

Life energy when freed up through meditation, is simply a humongous amount of energy. I am pretty sure that my body doesn’t need so much of it to keep it going, even through the non-shaking, non-meditating hours. And yet here I am shaking with energy through all my meditations.

If what the Holy Bible says is true, that we are all made in the image of God, then our kinship with God is via energy and not blood. The blood in His veins and our veins is energy. And He is donating blood to all of us constantly. And He has more to give. Also, He can turn the tap off whenever He wishes to.

Also, group meditations could very well be life energy parties.

Also, it is likely that those who are able to control the life energy flowing through their bodies develop miraculous powers as a byproduct. Allow me to jump to another hasty conclusion. If Jesus was to rate His miracles, He may not give more than one star (out of 5) for turning water into wine.

I hate how I bottle everything up then break down when I face the slightest inconvenience or without any reason at all! I fucking hate it!
